BRAZIL BOURBON BRAZILIAN BEAUTY
These Arabica plants were first brought by the French to the island of Reunion (formerly Bourbon) in the Indian Ocean in 1708, and from there to Brazil in the 1800s. From the descendants of those plants, the Yellow Bourbon is a prestigious, heirloom variety. So sweet, so complex and so delicate, this is the Pinot Noir of coffee. Ideal as a breakfast coffee but enjoyable all day long.
These beans are famous for their mild, soft, sweet, beautiful cup. Balanced with low acidity, a smooth texture and a sweet, just-right finish.
