We do not ship ship internationally at this time.
If you have purchased a product through our eCom Store within the last 30 days and wish to make a return, the product must adhere to the following circumstances:
- No Damage
- Original Packaging
- New Condition
If these circumstances are met, make your way to the Contact Us page. Fill out your first, last name and comment section. Within the comment section, please detail the reason for your return, the products you wish to return, and your order number. After you have filled out the contact form, our team will reply with further instructions on moving forward with the return process.
All refunds will be issued back to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on Matcha, Loose Leaf Tea, and Whole Coffee Beans.
If you have made a purchase and wish to return it after the 30 day period, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns after this length of time.
